I'm Kristi Crumpton. Welcome to the Wauka Mountain Multiple Intelligences Academy Learning Commons! Here you will find great adventures, new friends, new technologies to explore, and maybe even an emerging butterfly or fresh veggies! Our goal is to instill a love for knowledge and helping kids learn creative ways to share what they have learned. We have multiple reading events throughout the year during which we encourage students to read new authors, meet new characters, and to branch out to all reading genres. We have an awesome makerspace where students can be creative, solve problems, program robots, build structures, be inventors, and learn to persevere through difficult challenges . Our greenhouse and garden are right outside the school's front door. There students plant Jack's beanstalks, Peter Rabbit's carrots, fruits, vegetables, and everything pollinators and other creatures need to eat, shelter, and raise young. We love sharing the world with our students. Come join us!
